Four Eyes

One man's junk is another man's treasure. What distinguishes trash from an item of value? Take these glasses, for instance.

 To some, an old pair of glasses might be trash. To my girls, an old pair of glasses with popped out lenses makes for a great toy. I found these at a garage sale in the free pile. C has been wearing her glasses on and off the last couple of days. What a cute little squirt!

I started wearing glasses in grade 7. I dug through the memory book to see if I could find any pictures of my first pair and all I could come up with is this pic from Christmas Eve 1991. Check out my green pantsuit with shoulder pads and the purple fringe. There are no words!
